Why therapy works with makeup artist Rachel Estabrook

This week’s guest is New York-based makeup artist and podcast host Rachel Estabrook. You might already know Rachel's work or you might recognise her name from the recent burnout podcast I did. 

I wanted to invite Rachel on for a dedicated episode because not only is she a makeup artist who freely shares her work journey, she’s also pretty funny, often poking at the ups and downs of life on-set and she’s recently been very open about her experiences of therapy. Oh and she’s also a podcast host too! Although she’s currently on a break, you can check out all the episodes of Seriously Made Up here.

In this episode I ask Rachel if she’s open to sharing more on what therapy really is and how it's changed, improved or affected her life. I also wanted to find out how she first fell in love with makeup and of course I ask about the beauty products she’s loving right now - as you can expect, there’s quite a few, and they’re all listed below for you.
